Next up: Dawid Tuznik, Plant Manager (Ballinrobe)

Dawid joined CJS in 2013 as General Operative in our Ballinrobe Plant, having worked in the Pallet Sector since 2007. His industry knowledge, skillset and can-do attitude ensured his quick progression to Production Supervisor over our automated #Corali pallet manufacturing line. In 2016 Dawid was promoted to Plant Manager in #Ballinrobe, a role that he has excelled in. Nothing is a problem for Dawid. His organisational and planning skills are second to none and are underpinned by his strong technical understanding and acute awareness of our customers’ requirements, ensuring a consistent premium quality product on time every time.

“I joined CJ Sheeran in 2013 as a General Operative and I am now the Plant Manager in Ballinrobe. Throughout my time here I have received great support from everyone in the business. We have a very good team. Training is one constant and I’ve been lucky to be involved with many #Lean Projects to improve and develop my own skills and those of my team.
